Are your agents licensed like traditional agents?
Yes, America Interactive brokers and agents are real estate
professionals, fully licensed and are members of their local
Board of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors.
We are guided by a code of ethics and personal integrity in
our business conduct.
How does America Interactive work?
In developing our programs for selling & buying, we have
listened to our clients and responded by giving them the services
they want and priced those services fairly. America Interactive
agents focus on marketing, negotiations between Buyers and
Sellers and all the details of closing a sales transaction.
Our goal is to provide excellent, effective services at a
fair price for services rendered. America Interactive agents
and brokers believe in our mission to positively impact the
real estate industry to the benefit of the consumer.
Are America Interactive agents experienced?
Yes, All America Interactive brokers and agents are licensed,
trained and backed by a team of experts, including a broker
with 30 years of experience. We have literally closed hundreds
of transactions over the years.
How does your fee for service work?
We list, market, provide tools, handle paperwork, negotiations
and all closing details for an advance fee of $1,495 plus
one percent (1%) the sales price at closing. If you prefer,
you can pay the $1,495 listing fee by credit card when you
submit the listing agreement to America Interactive.
Full Service fees can vary with each situation but generally
our full service fee for selling is 4.8% of the sales price
paid at closing. Please email or call 406-755-3726 for an
actual fee for your home or land.
How can America Interactive charge such low fees for its
services?
Years of experience and the power of the internet have allowed
us to streamline our business. By encouraging each Seller
and Buyer to get more involved in the process, America Interactive
agents can spend more time on those areas that require more
training and experience. Keeping our overhead and daily expenses
as low as possible equates to lower costs for our services
and more savings to you the consumer.
How much do I pay the buyers agent?
The commission payable to the buyers agent is traditionally
2% - 3% of the sales price.
• All commissions are negotiable and not set by law.
Who takes the offer and handles negotiations?
America Interactive will receive all offers and review them
with you personally. We will forward all offers to you via
facsimile, telephone or by email. After reviewing the offer
with you, you’re A.I. agent will help formulate a response
and AI will go back to the Buyers agent and negotiate to ensure
you get the best possible price & terms. AI will be the
main point of contact on all negotiations.
If your business model is so beneficial to clients, why
aren’t other brokers doing it?
America Interactive has an innovative business model that
began in July of 1987. Over the years our model has evolved
to incorporate the internet and what our clients wanted us
to offer. The real estate industry is one of the most entrenched
there is. Change is slow, although many new internet companies
and commission discounters are promising change. America Interactive
has led the way with new ideas and will continue to make changes
that make the buying & selling process more enjoyable
and more beneficial to consumers.
Can I cancel my listing agreement?
Yes, America Interactive guarantees that you will be satisfied
with your service, if not we will refund all of your money.
Who sets up the showing appointments?
As part of you listing with AI we can place a lockbox, which
allows agents to show your home when you are not home. The
Buyers agents will call you directly and set-up an appointment
to let you know when they are coming to see your home.
