direct service includes an online application called the offer

first?
Sure you can. It happens all the time in fact. Review our
agents or come by our office at 281 1st Avenue WN in Kalispell.
Once you make contact with an agent, you’ll work with
that agent and the rest of the A.I. team the rest of the way
through the purchase process.
I’ve heard that America Interactive offers choices.
What does this mean?
You can elect to be personally shown homes by an America Interactive
agent or if you prefer you can do some of the leg work as
out lined on the Buy Overview. America Go Fish.com offers
a complete inventory of homes & land for sale and your
duty is to search and narrow the list of homes or land you
want to personally inspect.
Does submitting an offer online commit me to buying the property?
No. Once you click through the offer wizard and submit the
offer for an America Interactive agent to review, then the
agent calls you , goes over all the terms, and then prepares
a document for you to sign and send back to America Interactive.
You are not committed to purchase and nothing is presented
to the seller until you sign the final offer.
Does America Interactive represent me as the buyer?
Yes, absolutely. We are your agent and will work hard to represent
your best interest and what you want to accomplish with the
offer.
Are America Interactive agents licensed?
Yes. All America Interactive brokers and agents are licensed,
members of their local MLS and members of the National Association
of Realtors.
