AIRE Commission Refund for Buyers Buying a property through America Interactive Real Estate (AIRE) ‘nets’ the Buyer (you) a refund of up to 1% of the final sales price. This refund comes from the selling real estate company commission. An executed buyer broker agreement is required for the refund to be paid. The America Interactive refund can lower your down-payment at closing or you can have a check issued afterwards.
